REDCON is a strategy and action game that takes place in a world where World War I is ongoing. You take on the role of one of the Empire's generals with the mission of quelling the rebellion led by traitor General Kranz in order to bring an end to the war. The battles in REDCON occur in real time, but you have the option to pause the game to issue commands to your troops. This feature allows you to strategically choose targets, select ammunition, and relocate soldiers as needed. The game offers a wide range of weaponry including cannons, missiles, machine guns, lasers, and zeppelins for attacking enemy forts. As you progress through missions, you have the opportunity to customize your fortress. Developed by HEXAGE, creators of popular games like Reaper and Radiant Defense, REDCON boasts stunning graphics and offers a dynamic combination of strategy and action gameplay.
